The Red Lion - Reserva de mesa

We are very lucky in Coltishall to have three very good Pubs. Each one has its own 'character ' and the Red Lion is no exception. It has a very cosy Pub atmosphere in the bar and the staff are friendly and helpful. For the 'Real Ale ' drinkers, there is always a good selection as well as the Euro Froth for those who want to drink Bitter, but don 't like the taste. The food is good as well, including very Authentic Thai. The Landlord has done an amazing job of diversification to attract a wide range of customers so there is a lot going on including Quiz Nights, live music and beer festivals in the Summer.

Visited this pub on Sunday 8th August 2021, which coincidentally was my birthday. Our group of six were un aware that there was an ABBA tribute on that afternoon. It was a fantastic day, the whole pub enjoyed the experience of great singers, music and great fun and dancing. Everyone joined in and although my memory deteriorated rapidly that afternoon, I recall the landlady being very nice and accommodating. As far as I remember the local contingent also enjoyed the day. Keep the entertainment going and all the best for the future. We will be back

We were all seriously impressed with the food and hospitality that Brian and his team showed us. A very generous prize from Brian for the North Walsham rugby club raffle. The food was delicious and plenty of it. We were guided to a selection of dishes which meant everyone had something to try. The drinks flowed, Brian and his team very attentive and we all very much look forward to our next visit. Thank you

We ate at the Red Lion recently and enjoyed a superb meal. We asked for a selection of dishes to suit all tastes and could not have been happier with what we were presented. All the dishes were freshly cooked and full of flavour. Brian and his team made sure we had everything we needed and there was never a dry moment. Reserva una mesa ahora

We had planned to visit this pub for lunch on Saturday. However, when we arrived in the car park we saw a sign that said they don't open till 2pm! We were not able to try their food and ate elsewhere. It seems a little unusual to be closed on weekend lunchtimes.

Don’t stop here if you’re hungry, they no longer do food and their response was that’s out of date. Shame they haven’t updated Google, Tripadvisor and multiple other sites that they have, no doubt, benefitted from in the past!

Harriet and Brian did our family proud with as requested. Pork pies ,crab sandwiches and scones jam cream. NOTHING was too much trouble with the best cup of tea

Nice staff, small and quiet, garden if it's hot, very bright and fun. Would definitely come again but don't live in the area.
