The Regatta At The Imperial Torquay

We were very disappointed, as we thought we would only be sacrificing the view, but the quality was noticeably lower. The second room was much smaller, had less equipment and amenities, and the carpet was of a lower quality as well. None of this was mentioned beforehand, and we were under the impression that everything else would remain the same, just without the balcony and view. We definitely do not recommend the downgraded room! On a positive note, breakfast was excellent, although we did have to wait for a table—a first for us! Both rooms were cleaned to a high standard. We would consider staying again, but for just an additional £20, we would prefer to have the sea view room with all...

Amazing hotel! It's very luxurious and offers a high-class experience with everything being top-notch. After a 9-hour drive back home to Scotland, I can honestly say that my 3-day stay at this wonderful hotel with my partner was fantastic. We enjoyed a full spa day, and I felt rejuvenated and truly relaxed afterward! I highly recommend booking a room with a sea view; it's worth every penny. The only downside is that there's no all-inclusive option available, which would have been the cherry on top of an already great experience. Nevertheless, I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place!

We just spent two lovely nights at the Imperial to celebrate our jubilee. Once again, we had a room with a sea view, which was stunning. We absolutely love this place; it's our favorite spot to stay in Torquay, and we can't fault any of our experiences here. We'll definitely be back later this year!
