The Retreat At Ledbury

We had a wonderful night here at the Feathers Hotel in Ledbury. The rooms was beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. Special mention for Miss Baat who served us an excellent breakfast. We will come again. We did go again! Lovely weekend walking in the hills. Feathers is a great place to be based. Special mention once again for Miss Baat and Mr James for the wonderful service at breakfast. Noteworthy details: Limited free parking hidden away. Used to love it Here, but service and waitressing was of poor quality, not what you'd expect from a 4* !! Food was average, beef (Sunday roast) was tough and cut very thickly, one in our large party had fish and chips, very greasy and soggy, Very underwhelming unfortunately. Shame it's gone down in standards rather rapidly. Food drinks: Poor standard, used to be very good. Service: 2 Location: 4
