this place is amazing! it is by far the best place to go with a group meeting for dinner and drinks! eating here is so great with large portions and traditional German foods along with some classics. but the highlight of the nite was by far the bar staff! so amazing and friendly and the beer is epic! all kinds of German beer to try and German schnapps and soou cheap as the average schnapps and spirits were $4 per shot! and the crooked beer are just $20! the entertainment was also really cool, we were now a few times and each time its a big nite from its really easy-going nite with a mix of what seems a regular older German generation type croud mixed with young ppl...read more
Great food lots of fun. We went to Rhein donau club for the Carnival night with our friends from Budapest.it was an amizing experience.we all loved the night.Carnival dancers were so entertaining,Swiss drummers were real fun.the place was so crowded but we all really enjoyed our food too.they must have some good chefs.my Lamb shank was very tender and full of flavour and the sauce with dates and apricot was so good that I still think of it certainly that lamb shank is my personal recommendation if you are going there ,my friend had a massive pork hock but she managed to eat it all.We will be going back there in 2 weeks time for my fiancé birth day hurrayyyyyy
Homely atmosphere in Karl 's Bar. Have been here a few times on Friday night and enjoyed several meals in 'Karl 's Bar ', which always reminds me of my grandmother 's place. The meals are reasonably priced and never fail to disappoint. They make a mean jagerschnitzel, and the arrival of the schweinshaxe is always a 'wow ' moment! Drinks are really cheap, and have a good range of beer (wine by glass is a bit of a poor choice). We are planning to visit on a Saturday night, when they have music and dancing in the main hall.
Great Night Out with Friends. Perfect! Reasonable price drinks and food. Food was delicious and large portions. We sat in one of the booths, drinking and talking all night long. A two person band played, people danced. Great atmosphere, you can hang around all night. Menu is impressive with a range of hearty German food. Eftpos available at the kitchen. On a Saturday night it is a $10.00 non member entry fee. I had to pop out for 1 hour, so the kitchen held my food order and cooked it when I returned, amazing service.

Good Old German Club. Found this ace by using the Urbanapoon app on my iPhone. The food was very good and not as expensive as some other German restaurants I've been to (I know, technically it's an Australian German restaurant, but close enough). I had the chicken schnitzel which was breaded and super crispy, but not greasy at all. Rolfs steak cooked to perfection.Defenitly a visit agin and again place.Beer is so cheep
Amazing. The food was Exquisite. Piping hot, fast service by really friendly waitresses. The meal presentation was so creative and beautifully laid out. Cheap beer and alcohol served by lovely elderly staff : Really affordable food that is of great quality. Wonderful atmosphere; live band, dancing and lots of people. Definately coming back Thank you so much for a brilliant experience.
Lovely German Place. 26th oktober we had a wonderful time at this club.this was one of the best party we had in Australia.there was 2 bands playing there and you get the best German food also here.I think this is the only place in perth you can get proper Schweinshaxe .They have very nice ice cold German beers and good choice of Schnnaps.
such a fun! huge portions, tap beer and entertainment on Saturday. the descending plates looked amazing, but I was happy with my bratwurst. the prices are very reasonable to make this a hidden gem. do not miss them by not being a member, it is open to the public unless a special event is on.

The Rhein Donau is a long-time favorite of mine; I've been coming here since my childhood. They serve fantastic comfort food (especially her hammock dish) and have great beer to enjoy with it. Oktoberfest is an annual highlight, and they definitely know how to celebrate!
simple German kitchen that tastes great and is inexpensive. there is a good atmosphere. the bar staff is friendly. it is a great place to bring a group, especially one that includes German.
