We had a craving for Chinese food and decided to try The Ricebox take-out on our drive home. When we got home and tasted the order it was such a disappointment. We decided on 2 Single combos at $16.50 each, which included Chicken Chowmein and rice, with the option of selecting one other side. We picked Almond Chicken and Crispy Pork which had a few stir fried veggies. There was so much sauce on the Chicken Chowmein that the Almond Chicken and Crispy Pork turned soggy. I ordered the Spicy Basil special with the beef option for meat, and there was no meat in it, only vegetables and rice. I was really disappointed when I got home and found out. I was exhausted so I really didn't want to go back to the store to resolve it. So I just ate it and went to bed. Maybe I just won't buy food here anymore. Because it would be inconvenient to open the box and check in the car if I got what I ordered before I drive home.

We placed an online order and were very pleased with the service! Our food arrived hot and in perfect condition, with no spills or sogginess. The delivery person was extremely friendly and respectful, despite encountering difficulties in locating our address. We will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again.

The service at the restaurant was good, but unfortunately, the food was not up to par. The chow mein was dry and lacking flavor, while the sweet and sour pork was overcooked and had chewy bits of meat swimming in pineapple juice. Today was our first time trying The rice box, and we will not be going back. Chinese food from the mall is better. Everything was bland and looked like it was from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Save your money and go to the mall instead for low quality food.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is incredible! When my friend and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our car, April, Kim, and May went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you all so much!
