The Ridge - Reserva de mesa

I decided to visit The Ridge after seeing several articles praising its high ranking, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The brisket was the best I’ve had outside of Texas. There were moments when the fat had rendered perfectly, creating a rich and buttery texture that, combined with the smoky sweetness of the bark, made each bite feel like I was tasting a toasted marshmallow right off the fire. The pork was also excellent—try it with their vinegar-based sauce for a true Piedmont NC-style pulled pork experience. This place sets a new standard for BBQ in Nashville!

Food ordered: Catfish plate with turnip greens and white beans.The fried catfish was so good and you can tell that it was freshly cooked after you ordered it. I love that the turnip greens have a little spice kick to them, which is different, but it was still good.The hush puppies were very good. Most people don’t know how to cook hush puppies correctly because they’ll be too hard on the inside and outside, but the hush puppies that came with my catfish plate were cooked just right.They also sell their hot sauce by the bottle!

I'd love you rate The Ridge at 5 stars but the best thing about my order was the hush puppies. The sweet color slaw was just cabbage and mayo, turnip greens were so hot I couldn't eat them and the catfish was not seasoned at all.The customer service was excellent, however so I'll go back and try the bbq!

We saw their reviews and decided to stop for lunch at The Ridge. SOOOOO glad we did!! Everything was great. Food was superb. The Ridginator and Texican sandwiches were great. So were the Totchos. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and atmosphere. Definitely will recommend to anyone going to Nashville!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Amazing food. I order take-out 2-4 times a month since this establishment is adjacent to my route home after work. Service is prompt. Staff is friendly. Orders are almost always accurate but, if something was missed, management makes it right.

I wasn't able to enjoy the all-you-can-eat catfish because I could barely finish the four large pieces on my starter plate. Maybe I'll give it another try next week. Amy was as sweet as sugar!

Food was cold and dry. Was told to get my own drinks and the atmosphere wasn't up to par with other establishments I visited during my short visit to Nashville.

Fantastic BBQ place! The pork and brisket are outstanding. The sides are delicious, and the sandwiches are incredible.
