We had a customer event that was partially paid by a seller early in the morning. As below the River Palm confirmed that the loan was used earlier on the day and even if we went into us, we confirmed with the host that the loan was applied. At the end of the dinner, the manager informed us by e-mail that the credit card code for the previous loan that had already been requested by the seller was incorrect. We finished our dinner after 6:30 and I couldn't contact our seller for a credit card code. I offered several solutions, the first was to pay the tab in full size and asked if we could correct the following day as the sales office was closed. Food and drinks are amazing! Every time I go I always leave satisfied. The bartenders Victor and Jeremy make the BEST drinks, and makes sure they keep coming, very attentive. The manager always stops by to make sure the service and food is good. Other than their amazing drinks, their food is always spot on, they cook the steak perfectly to my liking, never over-cooked. Im also a big fan of their blueberry pie and creme brulee. I recommend this location to all my friends, I would choose this location over the edgewater one any day! The whole staff is amazing.
Everything was excellent, from beginning to end!! We usually go to the Edgewater site and decided to stay locally and try Fairlawn and they definitely live to the name!! It was all I took off and more! Jose the waiter was wonderful and Kayla the assistant manager was the best and very hospitable!! It can't wait to be back!
Nothing spectacular. We ordered the fresh Mozzarella/Beefsteak/Tomaten and it was average. The French onion soup was good, not great. A house salad was included, but it did not take care of the dressing. We had the 12 oz fillet and there was no spices. The asparagus was bland. We stay at our usual steakhouse.
