This is a really nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. It's a popular spot with a good selection of drinks. Even though I didn't eat there, the food looked delicious. They have Sky Sports, so it's the perfect place to catch a game with a pint. There was also a live band that was excellent. The place was extremely clean and the employees worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this restaurant.
I had a brief break from work and enjoyed a nice lunch on Monday with my friend. I returned with my younger sisters and niece and had a pleasant dining experience with excellent service. Thank you for accommodating us this week. We will definitely be back three times a week. The view from the restaurant was also great.
Great pub loved it, Paul behind the bar was fantastic. Thanx mate. The pub is old but warm and welcoming. Prices not too bad. Well worth a visit, not far from the Ferry.
The best traditional pub at a stunning location. Vast selection of delicious drinks I'm still working my way through and fun regular events. Even the dog gets involved!

Some of the best cask ales in South Shields, a nice dog-friendly pub with a good atmosphere. We can recommend it. One of the best pubs in the area!
