I went in today and got my table ready to order food, I was waiting at the bar and next to be served as there was only 1 other at the bar... 1 person was serving, 1 was putting glasses away, it was around 2.30pm, the lady that was putting away glasses then served a lady who appeared, even though I was next, the lady then starts taking orders for everyone else behind her, pint after pint... I tune around and now my table gas been taken as me being served was taking far too long.. . I worked for spoons for 4 years, and never does anyone I worked with ignore people at the bar, no acknowledgement or anything, just blatantly ignore me and serve your regulars it's OK, because you just lost a custo...
Didnt eat here, just drinks ordered on app. Fairly quick delivery to table. No interaction from server. Atmosphere not helped by elderly lady on next table effing with every other word. Your average wetherspoons, would prob use again if in Gravesend.
Nice pub colleague that brought food to table friendly and helpful colleague that brought our drinks to table was miserable and needs to attend a customer service training course on how to stay positive when under pressure.
Called in after shopping . Typical Wetherspoons pub . Busy, cheap, food ok ,good beers . Enjoyed chilled out visit .worth a go anytime.

Really needs an update, looking shabby. New toilets are impressive albeit rather cramped now. Still my favorite local pub though.
Brilliant young man called George was so very very helpful and could not do enough for you. Brilliant young man.
