both our family and our dog were made to feel really welcome. I was particularly impressed by the manage and great service we received. some of the high-brow restaurants that charge the earth could be a lection of the young man who serves us our food. service was polite and efficient and yet unobtrusive. also the bar staff was excellent. they were very friendly and accommodating for our dog and it felt like a really dog-friendly environment. eating was good and the desserts excellent. Thank you!

My partner and myself went here for our anniversary dinner and had a lovely time! We both had a dinner off the specials board and it was beautifully presented and there was plenty of food served. I have food allergies and they catered to my needs and were very friendly and polite about it. We had a lovely evening and would definitely recommend going here and we will be visiting again soon! Thank you x

Wonderful tradition pub selling pints at a sensible price. Lovely atmosphere and hospitality offering great food and freshly cooked vegetables. Good selection of traditional dishes and offering excellent value for money.
