Pub like atmosphere a little noisy but well worth a visit. I had 300gm scotch, seared in kitchen and served on a hot rock with a beautiful salad one side and choice of mash, roast potato or chips the other sides, a beautiful thick cut of steak sizzled slowly, I cut a portion and further cook it to my liking. (I am a slow eater and it took me over half an hour to eat my steak, to the last bite it was perfectly cooked, medium rare. If you like it well done you just leave the cut portion a little longer on the hot rock.) service was very good and we were not rushed. Looking at all the dishes coming out of the kitchen I would say it didn't matter what you ordered it was going to be good. I paid...
I'm not sure who decided on the tapas/fingerfood we got for "dinner" last night but they just weren't that good. The beef on croutons with caramelised onion was the stand out for me, and the over peppered and chillied beef stew served in an egg cup the low point. The fried calamari, fried chicken (served in the same big cup as the calamari), and fried arranchini balls were OK. Big hunks of cheese topped bread and a couple of dips were also "OK". Service was friendly but things came out of the kitchen haphazardly (no fault of the servers). Based on what I ate last night I'd go elsewhere. Lovely venue with the doors open to the outdoor seating on a warm night.
Greeted by extremely friendly staff, the sort who seem proud to work where they are rather than those putting on false grins for customers! Food was served exceptionally fast and was delicious, the quality of the steak on offer was excellent and our little one loved the idea of it cooking at the table. The children's play area is a great idea (though many of the items were worn out/broken) and the overall atmosphere warm and inviting. I look forward to returning to try the tapas next time.
All dinning areas looked amazing tables n seating suited the atmosphere, service was prompt but range of drinks limited, Menu stirred great excitement, however purchasing the largest 700gm scotch resulted in an underwhelmed steak needing the gristle and sinuous trimming off to reach the meat resulting in 75% meat remaining. My wife on the other hand got the small scotch and it was awesome needing no trimming as they had pre cut it to get it to weight.

If you are in Echuca and feel like eating steak - this is THE place. Basically it is 'design your own steak dinner' - choice of cut, size [from 200g to 600g], style of potato, accompanying vegetables and sauce. The combinations are almost endless and the quality of the steak was superb. However the choices are somewhat limited if you don't want to eat steak. And it is in a pub, so expect a pub atmosphere.
The service was fantastic, the drinks were delicious, and the music was fantastic. It was a shame that we couldn't stay for dinner. We spent about three hours in the pub drinking and listening to music at our table in the afternoon.
We had a fantastic meal on a Sunday night! The food and service were both excellent. We particularly enjoyed our tapas appetizers. The steaks and warm chicken salad were outstanding. Thank you, guys!
This restaurant has to be the best in Echuca. Staff and food were absolutely wonderful. From the $19 lunch menu or from the main menu. Great wines steaks are out of this world

I had a fantastic steak lunch. Kass was amazing, she provided excellent recommendations and was charming in her manner. I highly recommend this restaurant.
