A fantastic pub. The staff go above and beyond to put on several events monthly and are doing well to keep the Aylesbury music scene alive. They have a wide selection on draft and many different gins to try. They do a monthly open mic, pub quiz and often have DJs playing various genres of music, usually over the weekend. They also have a lovely outdoor area with heated areas and offer blankets that you can use outside. There 's an 'outdoor indoor ' section with a gorgeous mural and everywhere is pleasantly decorated. Lunch with bestie, excellent as usual. We both had the gammon, egg and chips, delicious Several visits later and the food is still delicious. This time there was a group of us who all enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard garden with our food. Every time we go to the Rockwood the food is great, today was as good as usual.
