The Roebuck Inn - Reservar una mesa

We passed through Roebuck-Selby whilst touring in the area a flat farming community. There wasn’t a soul on the streets and we weren’t sure the place was even open, despite the “Food being Served” sign outside. However, when somone parked his landrover outside and...entered we decided to follow suit. We were greeted warmly but just decided to have drinks and enjoy the weak sunshine in the beer garden. Use of mobile phones were discouraged, as this is a Sam Smith’s pub, but maybe no bad thing?. The drinks were amazingly cheap and staff friendly but we had to get back on the road – not so much to do in this town it seems.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had an excellent pint of Sam Smith's Old Brewery Bitter. The food was also excellent, nicely presented, and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, making it a nice lunchtime experience overall.

The food is fresh, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are highly professional. I felt more welcomed than I expected from a village pub, and the prices are very reasonable.

A charming little village with a friendly atmosphere. Today was scarecrow day, and there were plenty of visitors admiring and voting for the best scarecrows.

Really nice loved it will go again no problem. If you book and don't turn up you are not a nice person. Give someone else a chance.
