We came to enjoy a rooftop drink after a walk on the pier with our elderly mom. The cocktails are not cheap, but we didn't expect them to be with this beautiful location.It took a good five minutes before we were greeted and seated (the place was close to empty). Upon receiving our drinks, my mom struggled with her balance on the furniture and tipped her untouched cocktail over. Although she got a new drink, the bar charged us full price for both. I know they are in their rights to do so, but a nicer place would have comped it as a gesture of good customer service.
I absolutely love this place! The food is incredible and delicious. Just a heads up, try to avoid visiting close to sunset, as some guests can be quite rude, intruding on your dinner to take pictures of the pier and sunset. Aside from that, it's a great spot. Fun fact: it's the original movie house for Top Gun, with a bike available near Oceanside Pier. Happy hour is definitely the best time to visit. Parking is conveniently right across from the hotel.
I highly recommend checking out this place, but just don’t go too often… I want to keep it my little secret! The food and drink selection is fantastic. They have a spacious outdoor deck filled with comfy couches and chairs. If it’s raining, the outdoor area is closed, but the beautiful indoor bar remains open. They offer great appetizers, but don’t expect large main dishes.
Amazing view. Paid parking right across the street. Interesting small bites that were fun to share. Did I say amazing view? We had coats (it was January) but they had blankets others borrowed. Yes I recommend!

Breathtaking view, great atmosphere, forgettable drinks, and a huge price tag. I expected better quality drinks/dessert for the price to be honest, but my group all agreed our drinks were just “meh.”
The views were absolutely stunning, the charcuterie boards were incredible, and the drinks were fantastic. Our server, Chris, provided excellent attentiveness.
The view is gorgeous even at nite! Our bartender Jordan was awesome ?
