The Root - Reserva de mesa

the crispy pbt was a fantastic sandwich! only the perfect texture combination of crispy and chewing. the mushalate was fresh and beautiful. it was organic and local source. perfection. half and half fryed were delicious, but make sure that for vegan mayo. the mayo was very thin, but it had a good taste. for me a good brownie must have a good mix of textures, and the spicy vegan brownie delivered. the spicy in the name is a beautiful background of the taste that there is deep. I wish they were in a better packaging, especially because I had eaten there and not going.

Amazing house salad with clearly labeled instructions for vegan options. I omitted feta and added both the tofu (pickle brine tofu) and grilled shiitakes. Lettuce was fresh/local from the Nurserie. Clear vegan labels on menu with multiple options. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Queer friendly. Racially diverse and age diverse clientele. Clearly sanitized and clean tables. Local coffee. Table markers give shout-outs to other local businesses, sweet. Updated from previous review on 2022-04-12

We got our order to-go, but I enjoyed sitting in the building while I was waiting for them to finish it and staff was very nice. My partner really liked the biscuit breakfast sandwich, but my tofu scrambler was really just okay. I wanted a little more flavor and substance from it, but the sauce they put on the side helped some. If I’m ever in the area again I’d love to come back here and try something else on the menu.

This place is adorable! The staff are very friendly and welcoming to visitors! They gave us local recommendations to check out and their service was very speedy. I don’t even like breakfast food but their vegan options made me LOVE it! A group of customers walked out saying “best breakfast ever!” And we couldn’t agree more ^ ^ Reserva una mesa ahora

I had made the web mi vegan and the sweet potato curry during visiting the root. the runway mi came with an salate, but I'm not sure if the dressing was vegan so I didn't eat it. I waited about 30 minutes for my order, but eating came quite fast.

the vegan and vegetarian options have been clearly marked. the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious and fresh. easy to get from the carbahn, but it was a quiet road with many seats in the open.
