The food was exquisite. There was no menu, just a choice of prix fixe options which was a little odd. The wine list is one of the worst I've seen, very limited. The night we were there was the chefs last night before moving back to Germany. Two new chefs will be starting but who knows what will change. Seating is in the bar. There are only a few tables around the perimeter, mostly, and the crowd was light the night we were there. So, the ambiance was not very elegant or vibrant. Still, the food was really great and if he new chefs can match that and the wine list improves, we would definitely give another try.
Mh husband and I were in Jackson for vacation and found The Rose through online reviews. We decided to go big or go home and order the seven course meal. The chef did not disappoint as one dish after another emerged from the kitchen, each uniquely presented and delicious. We certainly did not expect a meal like this in Jackson, WY! The restaurant ambience is funky and unique. The bar crowd starts getting lively at around 10 p.m. Give The Rose a try. It was better than Snake River Grill!! the service was wonderful. Be prepared to sit, relax and enjoy the culinary journey.
the service was fantastic as always. my friend and I went for the Valentine's Day special tasting menu. the food was good, but not excellent as it had been in pastness and at 85$ per person, plus 40$ wein pairing, I found it too pricy for the portions we received. I think the food quality has gone a bit since they have lost their former chef stone.

The food here is excellent, making it one of the best restaurants in Jackson! The cocktail menu is top-notch, and the ambiance is lively and energetic. It all adds up to a winning combination.
A beautiful space with beautiful, delicious and creative food! I think dinner at The Rose turns any evening into a special occasion.
