We were on our way to another venue for breakfast and saw this was open and offering breakfast with outside seating in the sunshine. It was absolutely fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the bill was reasonable. Will definitely be back.
for two visiting Kiwis this is a quintessential English pub. We have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and Sunday dinner Staff were great. Despite being super busy the staff were smiling, very efficient and friendly. The food of course was delicious. A top establishment.
Came for lunch Friday, Ham egg and chips, eggs undercooked, slimy white film over yolhs, ham fatty and undercooked, worse ham egg and chips ever, parking a problem have to park on road, real shame because they accept dogs, really clean attractive pub.
Lovely dog friendly country pub. We had a warm welcome and sat down for Saturday lunch after a long walk with the dogs. The food and service were both excellent. We’ll definitely return. Reserva una mesa ahora
we just had a wonderful sunday roast on the rose crown. fantastic eating, welcoming, helpful staff and beautiful village pub. can not recommend enough.
