The village pub has a warm and cozy atmosphere with a local feel, and features a well-maintained real fire. A pint of lime and soda costs 2.00 GBP. The pub is dog friendly, but dogs are only allowed water outside, so my dog had a melting ice cube instead. I can only give it a 3 pawsup review for this reason. The ladies toilet was clean but could use a good spring cleaning, as there were a lot of cobwebs that didn't look like they were leftover from Halloween. The Christmas decoration draped over the old cobweb showed a lack of attention to detail by the pub staff. I hope they take note and clean it before serving any Christmas dinners.
