everything was really good. of the kind greeting of marta, which has one of the kindest personalities I have seen in a long time and after a long busy 13 hours day was an atem of fresh air and treated with any other customer. the same friendly professionalism. She's great. I also have to cry out and bailey, also infectious happy personalities and nothing was too much annoyed. all young were for a laugh and a sweat, but you know and customer service was phenominal. Thank you, people, I hope to see them again. only visited twice for breakfast, both times at 8.30 a.m. on the first day my porridge was boiled. the pancakes were stale the female toilet was very dirty, a cubic had toilet paper everywhere. at the tables next to us there were eating pieces, and the floor was also dirty. the server were nice and polite and offered to replace the eating. on the second day there was no sugar, butter or baked except pancakes. we were in the premier gas house next door and had breakfast here, eating was freshly cooked and tasty, both days were served by robert, the customer service skills were fantastic, he ensured that we all were satisfied and full. He was great with the children, my children really liked to see him in a wedge and thought it would be great. I would recommend this restaurant to eat and the excellent customer service we have received from robert.
we lived here several times before and enjoyed the visit. it offers easy access to the kelpies and the Falkirk wheel. also the employees are brilliant. the connected restaurant deserves its own review. eating and building the personal. unfortunately, we had to go home early due to problems. tge manager was brilliant about it and we are grateful for it. a very good place to relax and eat. what more can they want

Good service, however had to wait around half an hour before being served even though we'd a table booked. 3 of the party ordered steaks which were very over cooked and the prawns were forgotten about but eventually arrived. Every other member of the party were very happy with their meals. The service,once we did get it, was excellent and I can't fault their efforts on what was a very busy Friday evening.
beautiful family space large menu choice for adults and children. love has a place to go, has more than just han and chips for the little ones, and that is what they do! eating is very tasty, in a good time served personal are really nice, can not do enough for them, what makes it a nice comfortable eating. there were small noodles that were drawn to their menus, making ever easier experiences.
what is not to love eating and menu are excellent. ideal for vegetarian and vegan. the service was excellent. it loved that a heart that served us wore one and was very interesting to chat. well made for such an excellent entertaining meal. will be coming back to Scottland at the next visit.
We had a great deal from our Beefeater reward card so treated ourselves to the steaks. Steaks were lovely; cooked as we asked one rare and one medium. The waiter Jamie was quick to notice our needs and we didnt have to wait long for...anything.

that was the best notch. absolutely excellent. would recommend everyone to come here. that can't give enough praise. many vegan and gluten-free options. they give this place one away, even if it is not their ding, they will not regret it.
Service is always slow here but the food is great. Lovely roast and good service. Kids menu great value.
