I really like the food, it’s all organic, tasty and nourishing on all levels. The people serving are nice and the atmosphere cozy. It’s simple and yet totally worth a visit! Places like this should be supported by going there, so they survive and thrive. In my eyes they really value having top quality products. They also have books, organic soaps and other items that small businesses get the opportunity to sell in their restaurant, which is a beautiful thing to do.
This is my new favourite place for lunch. The salads were good, especially a sauerkraut spiked with dill, and I also had some wonderful lasagne that I would not have guessed was vegan, and some spiced chunks of seitan. The ambience is quiet and relaxed. The staff are taciturn but since it is mostly self service, including getting your own tap water, that is fine.
A tram ride away from Zurich main station, this vegan restaurant operates on a pay per weight basis, about 5 CHF per 100g of food. So it is reasonable value for money for Switzerland. Well presented and plenty of choice, it was all edible but lacking a bit of flavour for our palates. Not very busy when we went at about 6pm.
We liked the vibe of the waiter over the counter and how the place could be chill and transmit the laid back energy, however overall the food was very basic and lacking more options to choose from. It wasn't the best value of the money spent. Reserva una mesa ahora
Food was delicious and freshly made. They also have a large selection of vegan gelato. The place is airy and one can also sit outside. There was classical music playing in the background offering a nice ambience.
