I had some trepidation at first because upon arrival, there were no other patrons in the restaurant. I asked if I could walk around the establishment and the hostess politely honored my request. After liking what I saw, I asked to be seated. What happened thereafter became a magical time of eating and reminiscing. The menu is vast. If we could give our visit zero stars we would. Never made it to our main course because we were served rancid oysters. The odor was strong and off from the moment they were set at our table. After deciding to try one, against my better judgement, I was immediately ill. Once we finally got the attention of one of the wait staff (our waiter was nowhere to be found) we had him immediately remove them from the table. When the manager came to address the situation, we were told we would be charged for the bad oyster I had eaten... no refunds. $5 for one foul oyster from a 6 oyster appetizer that was $12.99 (the math doesn 't even add up). Camille made me a great margarita 10 minutes after I arrived, she was SWEET AS PIE. Then just never came back, it was 20 minutes gone by from my arrival time to the time she asked me if I wanted to order (I only know because my drink order time was on this ticket). I was alone, had 1 hour to kill with no car and really wanted to have a great meal…the hubs hates seafood so yeah….huge disappointment to a night I was super excited about. So I didn’t leave a tip-NEVER DO THAT, and I went to TGIF for another drink and apps to go. I REALLY WANTED TO EAT SEAFOOD!!

I usually don't write reviews, but this place was truly disappointing. Our waitress was friendly, which was the only positive aspect of the experience. However, the food was underwhelming. It was overpriced, and honestly, the crispy chicken sandwich from Wendy's tastes and looks better than the Cajun chicken I received in my po' boy sandwich. The fries weren't Cajun either, and the chicken certainly didn't have any Cajun flavor. The gumbo was just sausage and had a strange taste – no seafood at all. I usually come here for lunch and I really enjoy the atmosphere and music. I’m always seated right away, but the service can be a bit slow and not very attentive, though everyone is friendly. It takes some time for alcoholic beverages to be served; my glass of wine arrived after my salad. This time, the crab cakes were a bit overcooked, and we had to wait a while for the server to return and ask for our salad dressing and crab leg cracker. Overall, we do enjoy the food.

This place has a very chill environment. A pretty nice menu and the food is oh so good. You gotta get the Okra and the Wings as an appetizer before your bag. The okra was incredible!! The drinks were ?? and they didn't skimp on the alcohol. We went for a girl's lunch and we were not disappointed. A bit on the pricey side for a crab boil but they run weekly specials which helps. Our service was the sweetest little teenager. She took good care of us and our many requests.

Terrible experience. This place has really gone downhill. Previously known as Juicy Crab, this restaurant was once a great spot for food and service. Sadly, things have deteriorated. I ordered the catfish basket, and it was truly disappointing—definitely not catfish. The fish tasted old and low-quality. When I informed the waitress and staff about the issue, they simply offered a lackluster “sorry you didn’t enjoy it.” I won't be returning to this location again.

I like the design and atmosphere in this place, friendly service, and reasonable prices. My fish sandwich was good, but the fish only comes breaded and deep fried, which is not my preference. The sweet potato fries were excellent. The food presentation was very good. It's just too much deep fried food for me, which caused me a heartburn later.... Pretty much mediocre foodDon't expect fancy things here.Not alot of shrimp. More breading on it then the meat. Had to use dipping sause with every bite to enjoy. Sweet potatoe fries were great but nothing out of the ordinary.Food: 2/5

My favorites are the juicy basket and the catfish basket. Well seasoned and not heavy on the batter. I give them both two thumps up.
