The Shambles - Reserva de mesa

Awesome. Wife and I love good steaks but hate the pretentiousness of most steakhouses. Server was personable, relaxed and attentive. Atmosphere was that of maybe a cheaper steak house with 90's music. Not everyone will like this but this was 100% our scene. Food was great. I had the Waygu Top Sirloin while my wife had the bavette cut. Demi glaze on top was on point. Had the crushed potato's with it as well which we pretty good. Finished up with the berry cheesecake which complimented the steaks perfectly. We'll be back for sure. Its pricy but at the end of the meal you'll think it was worth it.

Great neighborhood steakhouse. Low-key vibe with excellent food and variety. My wagyu sirloin was out of this world, cooked to perfection. The mushroom appetizer with a cured egg complemented the meat and added fun flavors.

The food here is incredible! My steak was probably the best I’ve ever had and every single side was amazing. We had mushrooms, green beans and potatoes as a side and also started with the bread, pickle plate (OMG YUM!

The food is amazing, the drinks are excellent, and the staff is wonderful. It’s a popular spot, so there might be a slight wait, but it’s definitely worth it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best pork chop I've ever ate. Great beef tartare. Great drinks. Super good service. Amazing oysters. Cool oysters. Oh wait, that's all the things I ordered.

Prices were high and food was mid. I was cold, ambiance was weird, and they use paper napkins???? for $100 a seat that’s kinda ridiculous.
