The Sheringham Trawler

Had a delightful family meal of crispy fish and chips on a cold Monday outing to Sheringham. We thoroughly enjoyed the lightly battered fish and appreciated the large table that was well spaced from other diners. The food was served hot, and the service was excellent. The special for over 60s was good value for a satisfying portion.

The restaurant was decent with good service, quality food, and fair pricing. I would have given it 5 stars, but the piece of fish I ordered was very small and thin with mostly skin and batter. However, the other dishes were enjoyable. The restaurant is also pet-friendly.

I had dined at this restaurant years ago with my grandmother and decided to return for nostalgic reasons. Once again, I was impressed by the high quality of the fish and chips. The only downside was that the card machine was not working, so I had to find a cash machine.

Very good deal for Over 60s ...cod and chips, mushy peas and mug tea or coffee for £10. Fish little bit greasy but chips were best I've had for ages. Friendly staff. Glad to find somewhere serving hot meals until 7pm. Will definitely visit again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Popped in at lunchtime today and had a fantastic meal. Food excellent with generous portions. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Just had a takeaway small chips a battered sausage. Girl on the till very pleasant and chatty. Everything you'd expect from chips and a battered sausage.
