We ordered drinks and enjoyed our meal while relaxing in this charming pub. Our food arrived quickly and was well worth the price. The vegetable lasagna was a generous portion, while the fish and chips were so large they spilled over the side of the plate. My pie and ale dish was also quite substantial. There is a small parking area behind the pub for a few cars, and the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The overall ambiance was very cozy. I can't wait to visit again!

I visited this restaurant today for Sunday dinner, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The food and service were excellent, offering great value for money along with a good selection on the menu. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Absolutely unbeatable! I'm so glad this place is from my hometown. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the bar staff is consistently great. The food is cooked to perfection, and it’s truly beautiful and amazing in value. I’d give it a 6 out of 5 stars!

beautiful traditional pub and eat, friendly and helpful staff, well maintained local real ales (and a coop full of imagination chicken roaming the parking lot, which was a totally unexpected joy when they keep chicken! a small jewel.

Due to staying at the Entick camping site. Walked down to the pub (carefully across road) Came here for a meal to see what it's like. Lovely, dark, and warm log fire(2) cosy pub. Meal we had burger and fish fingers was lovely.

Lovely village pub. Lovely cosy fire. Staff are very friendly . Food was amazing with good choice on the menu. Had a lovely evening with my friend would definitely recommend to my friends. Thankyou ship Inn. X

A lovely, welcoming traditional pub. Serves excellent homemade food. Real fires. Bantam chickens in the garden. Well worth a visit if in the area
