In general, it was a satisfactory experience dining at this restaurant. The staff were fantastic and extremely friendly. The food was prepared in a timely manner. I particularly enjoyed the elegant decor of the restaurant, giving it a regal and palace-like ambiance. The employees appeared to be locals, which is always a positive sign. The lamb ribs were good, and I also tried the traditional dish of the country which was decent. I appreciated how tender and easy to eat the meat was. Adding the red sauce really enhanced the flavor of the dish. The prices for the portion sizes and quality of food were very reasonable.
First time trying uzbekistan food and it was delicious! The service was great too. Everything tasted fresh and I was full! I recommend the plov and samsa! very delicious. i also got the caprese salad, manti and lamb shish kebab. I went with one other person and we shared everything and we were both full. I will be returning!
I’ve been here a few times over the past several years and I really enjoyed it every time . The food is good , but the service is great. Last time we went we celebrated my sister’s birthday and they played nice Persian music for us to dance to. We also had a nice light show. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant was excellent! I was able to find vegetarian and gluten-free options without any issue. The cabbage salad, Greek salad, potatoes with mushrooms, and veggie kebab were all delicious. The waiter was friendly and the interior decor was beautiful. I would definitely come back again!

For my family this is the most favorite restaurant! The food is delicious and always fresh! The staff we are consider as a family. They are very friendly, professional and courtesy! Highly recommended Silk Road and you will be happy and want to come back! Thank you for your service Abid and crew!
I usually do not leave a comment but this restaurant is the best. Especially, the seasoning is perfect. Not too salty, not too sweet. I recommend plov(oil fried rice) and lamb kebab with achichuk(tomato and onion salad). As a appetizer, samsa is excellent
I was in business trip in Maryland and i decided to try this uzbek restaurant. I ordered plov with Fresh Salad and Black tea. The food is fantastic. U can feel Eastern Culture for a little bit.
I tried Uzbekistani cuisine for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the polite service and delicious food. I highly recommend the Kutubi and Manti dishes!
