The Singing Kettle

This has got to be the best breakfast in Whitby! Every time we stay over we head for the place for breakfast. Nothing too much for the staff who meet our dietary/fussy needs All breakfast items are top quality and cooked to perfection!! Friendly staff and a warm welcome await My wife says the cup of tea is the hottest and best she has ever had! We recommend to everyone we know who is coming to Whitby We usually stay at Wetherspoons next door but head to the cafe for an amazing breakfast

Went to whitby for a 3 day trip stayed just outside of town and saw recommendations for singing kettle and decided to give them a try breakfast was good. Really good value for money staff were friendly and dog friendly extras aren't on the menu but you can ask for extra bacon, sausage etc. Black pudding with lovely too and even though you only get 1 sausage with the breakfast it was great went back the next day for breakfast again. Ask for an extra sausage it's worth it haha

Great little cafe, was recommended by the tourist information on the car park. Great prices Great value for money and delicious food. Very popular, maybe a small wait for a table but worth the wait. Friendly staff, who cook a mighty fine breakfast and make a decent cuppa tea!! We will be back, thank you. Edit... we came back every day during our stay it was great value for money and it was absolutely delicious. See you again, and thank you x

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic in every way! They serve a typical full English breakfast that is great value for money. Unlike other full English breakfasts, you never leave feeling bloated from greasy food. I make a point to visit this restaurant every time I come to Whitby and always look forward to it! Superb value for money very prompt service, nice full English Breakfast perfectly cooked with good portions. 3 slices of bread per person was a bit much for us The only downside was the open kitchen meant the cafe was a bit smokey but a good experience overall.
