Our family's Christmas was completely ruined by our experience at this restaurant. We had booked a Christmas lunch reservation for 2pm, with our allotted time slot being from 2-4pm. However, we ended up leaving after just 2 hours and 10 minutes, having only received our starters. The soup we were served was cold and came without a spoon, accompanied by a small piece of bread and a knife. When we asked for a refund, the manager refused to refund our entire table. Despite being told that our food was on the way, we waited another hour with no sign of it. Eventually, most of the restaurant's patrons had had enough and left, all demanding refunds. The manager never came out to address the situat...
I came here to celebrate my 60th birthday, and the restaurant decorated the table for our arrival. The food was delicious, with large portion sizes. There was music playing at a good volume, allowing for conversation. We asked if they could bring out a cake, and they not only did so but also sang happy birthday and took photos with us. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be returning. The prices are great - only £20 for a three-course meal and they don't skimp on portion sizes. I am satisfied and happy. The kids' portions are a decent size as well - my children couldn't finish their meals but thoroughly enjoyed them.
The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service for a lunchtime meal. Prices range between £10-20 per person. The food is rated a 4, as well as the service and atmosphere. The Mac 'N' Cheese and Tempura dishes are highly recommended.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the fresh food, wide variety of choices, and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and parking is stress-free. I highly recommend it.
Google showed that this place was open and 'busier than usual '. Walked an hour out of our way for some food only to find them closed not happy and very hungry. Surely can 't take long to update your opening hours.
