The Spice Lounge - Reserva de mesa

I will not be returning to this restaurant under its new management. I visited on December 23rd, 2021 and it was empty, which should have been a warning sign. The Indian/Pakistani food was the worst I have ever tasted, and I have lived in Leicester and Manchester. I can cook better food than what was served to us. The waiter was untidy, wearing stained clothes, and the food seemed to be reheated, not up to the standards of the former Spice Lounge. I do not recommend this restaurant as there are much better options available. I was left feeling embarrassed in front of my family. I tried to reach out via email to resolve the issue, but my messages were ignored.

This restaurant is stunningly clean and attractive. The menu offers some unique and innovative choices. While there are not many vegetarian options for main dishes, the specialty meat dishes can easily be customized for a sweeter taste. There were five of us dining, each ordering something different, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We were celebrating our son's 18th birthday, and although we had expected balloons on the table, they were missing, which was the only disappointment.

The food was okay, but not as good as it was before. Additionally, when we asked a staff member about a dish, she admitted she didn't know much about the menu and could have been more helpful by offering to find out for us.

I went with my family and friends to this place for New Year's Eve. The food was amazing, and the staff were wonderful. There was even live music from the singer Chris Shannon. Reserva una mesa ahora
