I would have never guessed that this place was a gelateria just from its name—maybe a typical ice cream shop with some banana splits, at best. But wow... it turned out to be gelato, and that’s not even what amazed me. What really impressed me is that it’s far superior to at least 90% of the gelato I’ve tried in the Washington, DC area (I can’t think of a single place in DC that rivals this one). It’s THAT good! The pistachio flavor was incredible, as was the chocolate sorbet, along with just about everything else. I will definitely return here again and again every time I visit Staunton—no question about it!

Even though this place is pricey, it's a wonderful atmosphere, great service, and the gelato and sorbets are so fresh it's worth it. I'm working my way thorough the flavors on each trip to Staunton, VA, but the highlights so far are the cheesecake raspberry and the Raspberry Sorbet. 4 stars instead of 5 just because it's pricey.

OMG!!!!!!!! Wonderful gelato! Staff was great too. I was impressed. Cappuccino was perfect. We will definitely be going back. It's the perfect spot to chill after exploring downtown Staunton. This place brings such joy and excitement! Eating a big bowl of gelato for breakfast is every kid's dream! The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is filled with happy people everywhere! Even Scrooge would be charmed by this place! Lol, I absolutely love it!

The staff here is friendly, and the gelato is absolutely delicious. You can grab a large bottle of root beer at a great price, and they even offer a junior cup for you to create your own root beer float.

Delicious made-in-house gelato. They use local dairy from grass fed cows. We got pistachio( ah-mazing), blackberry raspberry sorbet, and banana. A wonderful sunny- day treat!
