This place opened a year before my birth in 1980 and it was an early birthday present. What a relief to know that people think about health-promoting food before I was born and became vegan in 1996. This place really hit. I've been living in South Bay since 2019. I recently visited (two times) and it's my favorite. The food is great, the portions are huge, the staff are friendly and the price is right. What more can you demand. I recomend you start with an appetizer. I was most overtaken with the vegan cheese. I've been eating at The Spot for years and I've never been disappointed. It's one of my favorite local restaurants. Later I called in an order and picked it up on the way home. Usually an order is two meals for me.
