I absolutely adore this new spot! The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with great energy and wonderful people, and the made-from-scratch food sourced locally is simply delicious. It feels great to support this emerging local business, especially when the food is so tasty! I visited on Saturday and found myself wanting to return on Sunday. It perfectly combines comfort food with healthy options that make you feel good. I had the beet salad with warm sweet potatoes and lentils, and it was fantastic! I decided to check out this restaurant after a friend's recommendation, and I wasn't let down! Jackie was incredibly friendly, and the sandwich I ordered was fantastic. It was tough to choose from the menu, but I finally went with the organic turkey meat melt. I ended up getting a menu for myself and one for work... I will definitely return!

Had a quick amazing lunch at the Square Meal! Both the chili soup and curry soup were so tasty and had a nice lunch! Will def be back again! 2 dollar taco Tuesday here I come! Thanks Square Meal for making our day!

Love this place!! The owners are incredible people and the food is amazing!! I eat, take out and buy prepacked meals and they are all excellent!!
