Visited today, service was excellent. Mark was superb and young man serving at the bar( apologies I didn't get his name) was very polite and friendly. Meal was served hot and delicious. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Warm quiet atmosphere and children friendly. This wasn't our first visit,but today we were part of a large group and everyone was catered for efficiently. Thank you to Mark and his team.
We waited a long time for our main dishes, which were brought out cold. The starters arrived halfway through our meal, and we had to ask twice when they would be served. We still didn't receive our full order. The gravy was forgotten for the steak, which was also very fatty. The restaurant wasn't even that busy when we visited. It's disappointing, really.
We made a reservation but arrived early. The chap got us seated as quickly as possible. We ordered a fish and chips, tandoori chicken, and 2 steaks. The fish and chicken were OK. The steaks were both well done instead af medium. It was ok. The staff were very friendly.
Excellent service especially by Lauren lovely staff food amazing glad to see its been taken over by the old landlord who was ignorant and lost alot of custom I will definitely be back well done team Reserva una mesa ahora
Never before I've I been served the most foulest food ever over cooked food ya wouldn't feed to ya dog if ya want my advice go to the venture in Pemberton it's amazing
The meal was beautiful sevice was great don't know were the one star came from it's now been amended
Came in with some friends a few days ago, amazing service from Emily, lovely food and atmosphere
