The Stand Vegan Cafe is now one of my favorite places. The food is delicious such as the Seitan Bagle Sandwich and their Mac and Cheese are two of my favorites. Their holiday menu was fantastic Chik'n Cordon Bleu with the veloute sauce was one of the best holiday roasts I've ever had (and I mean that! The baked goods are outstanding the cupcakes, the cookies, all of it! It's so great to have an all vegan cafe serve up such delightful fare. And the owners and staff are always helpful, friendly and take great care of customers. Thank you!
I stopped by this restaurant before my chiropractor appointment about a week ago and was pleasantly surprised. This is possibly the best vegan muffin I’ve ever tasted—it's incredibly moist and made with high-quality ingredients. The staff was very helpful with my inquiries, especially since I need to avoid certain ingredients, particularly oils. I was also impressed to learn that they make their own almond milk!
This place is phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious and you can feel the nutrients powering their way through your veins as you enjoy the meals and shakes. My wife and I will definitely be back when we are in Fairfield.
The owner was incredibly nice and welcoming. The food was excellent, and although I'm not vegan, I really enjoyed every dish. I highly recommend trying their ginger molasses cookie—it's absolutely delicious!

I have been to The Stand for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They do a great job very nice selection, very tasty and high quality food and friendly service. Highly recommend it whether you are vegan or not.
We visited for the first time and we’re already excited to return! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was delightful, and the waitstaff was exceptional! We can’t wait to come back soon.
The Belgian Pumpkin Waffle (gluten-free) was absolutely amazing. The maple syrup enhanced the pumpkin flavor beautifully, and the apple compote was the perfect addition. Simply outstanding!
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. The Valentine's Day special created a wonderful ambiance that was perfect for me and my spouse.
