While I’ve primarily had their pastas and salads, some members of my party have enjoyed their pizzas and sandwiches, and based on their feedback and my taste tests, I can confidently say that The Star Cafe excels in pastas and pizzas. Although some dishes may be on the pricier side, the generous portions and quality make it worthwhile, especially with the unlimited bread.

Before the pandemic and remodel, we would occasionally choose The Star Cafe when their specials appealed to us more than those at The Black Cow next door. Today, we initially planned to go to Black Cow but ultimately decided on The Star Cafe for the first time since its reopening. We were not disappointed. STAR CAFE IS BACK IN BUSINESS! My husband and I dined with friends last night, and everything was wonderful! I had really missed their cedar plank salmon, so I just had to order it—it was absolutely delicious. My husband chose the pepperoni pizza, just without the sausage, and he enjoyed it immensely. Our friend had the lasagna and polished off every last bite. His wife raved about her pasta with tequila chicken, claiming it was the best she’s ever had. This restaurant is perfect for families, with incredible staff and amazing food. I can't recommend it highly enough! It's our go-to spot for dinner every week. The kids adore the spaghetti and meatballs, my husband enjoys the seafood pasta, and I absolutely love the artichoke pasta.
I ordered the scallop and shrimp pasta, and it was excellent as always. The portion was generous—I even had to take some home! The service staff were attentive and friendly, as usual. I really missed this place when it closed due to COVID, so I'm glad to see it open again!
This restaurant is charming, and the service is exceptional. The lasagna was wonderfully cheesy and tasted wonderful. The bolognese sauce was excellent, and the rolls were a real treat too. Make sure to take a moment to appreciate their Christmas decorations!
