The Steakout (east York)

We have never eaten there before so Wednesday evening we thought we'd try it. The place is a bit small but from I seen while we were eating a lot of people got take out. The way I know that is we'd see them come in get ther food and leave. There was only one other family there. Anyhow the food wasn't to bad but the guy behind the counter has a lot to learn about being a people person. When we went up to order seemed like he had an attitude. This being our first time here we weren't sure of some of the food so we asked him and he was rude in the way he would answer. It's unbelievable that this restaurant closes at 8 on a Saturday night! We were really looking forward to trying it out. In response to my review, they really need to work on their grammar and customer service skills. For example, they should say "We apologize that our hours were not convenient for you. We hope you can join us during our business hours and you will not be disappointed!" Positive feedback is crucial for attracting customers to their business. As entrepreneurs, they should understand that the customer is always right.

I'm not usually a fan of cheesesteaks, so I decided to try the chicken fingers at this restaurant. And let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! The breading they use is fantastic and the portions of chicken are generous. Overall, I was really impressed with how amazing they tasted!

had the chicken cheese steak and the regular cheese steak. they were both just me. nothing is wrong with them, but it was missing taste. brot seemed a little stale.

Their cheesesteaks really are the best. My only complaint is when you order cheez whiz you barely get any!! You can barely tell the put any on.

If there were half-stars, I would give it 2.5, but I have to round after taste. we drove through a road and a cheese steak sounded like a one.

absolutely the best philly cheesesteak I had for years. the use of roasted amorosos rolls. the sheer amount of meat. the cheese.
