We stayed here several times for a drink and food, but never before. tested on 13/05/22 and found the reception staff very welcoming, check-in was fas and easy, we ordered a breakfast for the following morning at £9 per. The room itself was clean and tidy with tea and coffee accessories. I saw a few Rev before we booked saying that the rooms where dating and beds uncomfortable, in my honest opinion I wouldn't vote, yes could be a touch of color here and there, but we slept very well, although the walls are a bit thin that doesn't disturb us. Food drinks: Lunch today with a group of 22 friends. Unfortunately. Although we preordered our food due to being a large group the service was dreadful and the food disappointing to say the least. Water jug was dirty (looked like flowers had be in it, the crockery for one diner was badly chipped which is simply not acceptable. Some investment on staff training on how to serve food would be useful. I strongly feel the restaurant was dreadfully under staffed today which resulted in dirty plates being left in front of us for an unacceptable time and desserts being served long after the main meal was eventually served. The 5 stars were given last year. Unfortunately our meal in the evening was very small . The soup was delicious but very thick and didn't move in the dish! The strawberries were sent back because they were mushy. We were all disappointed with the breakfast. Nothing wrong with the food but had to keep asking for refills and again with the crockery and milk. There were no yogurts or bowls of prepared fruit. Limited choice we felt. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
Don't let the negative reviews deter you—this place offers excellent value for money. We paid about £80 for a one-night stay for two, including breakfast. It’s ideally located for those attending events at the Resorts World Arena. There are plenty of parking spaces available. While the rooms are basic, they are clean and comfortable. The service was also very friendly. Thank you!

We would love to come back! The receptionist was warm and beautiful. The breakfast was just how we like it, and we really appreciated the option to choose what we wanted. It was a bit noisy because of an event happening, but it wasn’t an issue. The view from the hotel is incredible!
I had another fantastic weekend here! We really enjoy the location, and our room was excellent! We had a delightful dinner at the restaurant with amazing food and a great atmosphere! Cat at the reception was incredibly friendly! We can't wait to return soon!
Good location for the NEC. Very obliging waiting on staff in the restaurant (reservation is recommended) but the food was mediocre. Breakfast adequate. Room tired and I had a lumpy, uncomfortable mattress. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

Rooms: Absolutely shocking and in dire need of upgrades in both fittings and beds. Nearby activities: Conveniently located near the NEC, which is perfect for events there.
