The Submarine Port

Been coming here almost all my life and I usually order a cheeseburger meal and sub the fries for chips since I don’t eat deep fried foods. But today I couldn’t do that because the middle age man looks in his 30s said I’m unable to do that. He’s been here two years. So he rather get a complaint in the restaurant then do something for a guest. Something that has been done for over 10 years. Jo’s reply idk man I just work here. I will be calling and speaking to management.then if u call the mailbox is full which is weird.

My food is always amazing every time i come! i’ve been coming here for 10+ yrs my experience is always spectacular! the food is amazing, the people are always kinds. I had not been to submarine port in such a long time however I went one day last week and I was very ecstatic with the food that I got and the service was excellent so yes I will go back again because the submarine sandwich that I got was off the chain andI loved it and like I stay the customer service was fantastic!!

I use to love this place for their garlic cheese fries yet they never add cheese today I asked for extra and was charged and 5 of all fries have cheese! When people are paying you do what your asked to do! So ignorant! Reserva una mesa ahora

Shout out to Eddie at the Sub Port over there in midlothian got 2 cornbeef sandwiches and they were both on point meat was fresh and piled up right Fries were hot and good, No doubt about it, definitely will be back

They have the best char grilled burgers. Fresh and very tasty!!! Even my 11 yo loved her cheeseburger!! This place is great late at night when u dont want nasty white castle.

Food is as good as it was in high school! Fry portions are outrageous! Really appreciated Eddy’s customer service and fast food prep! Always a stop when I’m back in town.

Eddy has wonderful customer service garlic cheese are amazing really I haven’t had any issues with the food

I ordered some onion rings and they were burnt. I tried to call the restaurant and no answer.
