Instead of changing the name to “wicked pizza” you guys should change the food you serve. Seems like you can’t fill in the shoes the original owners left for you and It’s obvious you’re avoiding this review section and can’t handle constructive criticism very well. if you guys are going to take over very well, known popular restaurants, especially for Steak Tips then you should try your best to keep the flavors the same. The last 3 times I went there, my subs were soggy, wrong toppings as well and steak lacked flavor. I keep seeing the new owner comment under everyone’s reviews saying call us if this happens but you really think we’re gonna make a big deal over a sandwich or pizza? No one’s...

I have been a Waltham resident my whole life and have always loved The Subway . Some of the best food in Waltham , definitely the best steak tips. My wife and myself ordered two grilled chicken dinners and both of the dinners had something really off about them . Both dinners had a very strong egg smell and that leaves me to believe that the chicken was bad or going bad . No salad with the dinners , which had always come with them . I hope whoever took over reads the comments and takes it seriously! This place could still be really good if they turn things around NOW

Great to see some of the former owner’s of Biaggio’s take over this neighborhood spot. Lou and Joe spend every day tinkering with the flavors in the sauce, dough, etc and that type of caring really comes out in the food’s flavor. Recommend the steak tip dinner. Great food great price!!

They have been so angry everytime I’ve called recently and their food has been worse but prices went up… I was ordering every day then I complained once and the next few times I ordered I threw up…hmmm? You put the pieces together… this used to be my fav place Reserva una mesa ahora

It was okay was open like in February for a few days hasn't been since looks like they are redoing it over, the website thats on Google is for subway like actual subway not this hole in the wall place, updated review once they reopen and I can try them again.

Great experience for me. Food was amazing , Joe and Lou were very friendly and you can see they work tirelessly to make sure they put out a great product so all their customers are satisfied. Highly recommend

Food took longer than expected, was smaller than expected and was told I could pay less, but was actually charged more than the menu said. $20 for a mediocre medium sized pizza, not worth.

Love the food but need a better menu setup on your page can't read it,can't order,it is two blurry trying to read off an enlarged paper menu,it's been this way for a long time Reserva una mesa ahora

That was prior to new ownership. I went today to see if the steak tips were still good , but they were closed for renovations for the next 3 weeks
