The Surf Cafe - Reservar una mesa

we had lunch here and were not terribly impressed. the server was friendly, but it took an hour to get our food. my partner enjoyed his lomo, but the rest of us were underwhelmed by the burgers. the tapas were excellent. we went to drink again the next night. it was difficult to get the attention of the server (understood as they were very busy). there seemed to be inconsistencies in the sizes of drinks when we ordered a second round. my partner was not impressed by the mai tai, but I enjoyed the margarita fruits rouges.

French should learn how to make cappuccino from Italian people. the paprika was terrible, no taste, the cream was like the water, no cream, the milk was too hot.

Great place to grab a quick drink. Haven't eaten here though. Busy place, reasonably priced for what we had.
