After sitting for 20 minutes without any interaction, the waitress came over and nonchalantly mentioned, "You should place your order now because the kitchen is backed up." This was the first time we had seen her since receiving our drinks, and we definitely weren’t holding up the process!
The shepherd's pie tasted like it had been microwaved. It was dry, crusty, and lacked any sauce—almost like eating sand. The pork medallions were the size of half dollars and barely as thick, and we only received two! The special BBQ sauce tasted just like store-bought Hunts BBQ.

Had a 5:30 PM reservation. Was seated at a high top. Asked to be seated at a regular table due to recent hip surgery and was told, no, those are all reserved. We were just asking for a different table, not someone’s reservation. Service was slow. Hot food was room temp. Server was mostly absent but never gave a reason why. Had to ask for water. Ask for our check. Ask to have dirty dishes removed. Never offered coffee or dessert. The table next to us ordered drinks and ended up being served their meal before they ever got them. Had to ask for them over and over. Very disappointed. Never have to go back.
Food was amazing. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. Service was good, waiter seemed a little overwhelmed but that is to be expected at this time with lack of staff all around. We can't wait to get back to try additional items.

I stopped in for a meal before a show at the Sorg, and I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff! I enjoyed a fantastic salad with added chicken. The food was served quickly and tasted amazing.
The chicken wings were very small, overcooked dried out. Other food at table was ok, not great. A bit disappointing overall but service was attentive. Would recommend with reservations.
