I finally took some time to visit The Taco Project after having learned about it for some time. I purchased the shrimp and salmon bowls and both were a lovely and colorful site to see. At first I questioned the price until I saw the tacos which are the biggest I've ever seen. Price justified. The Taco Project is like a better version of Chipotle, imo. I love the fact that they offer seafood options! The shrimp was perfectly fried in what seems like a delicious tempura batter. It was amazing under the queso fresco and sour cream. Chef's kiss . Upon entering the restaurant, a friendly hostess greeted me and introduced herself as Herandy. She took the time to explain the specials, brunch options, and happy hour deals, as well as asking if I had any allergies. Her excellent service and attention to detail left a great impression on me. I will definitely be returning to this establishment. As I was leaving, Herandy wished me a great day. Overall, the service was top-notch.
First off, wow! As soon as you walk in you can tell just by the delicious smell that these guys cook with love. Ordered the classic beef tacos and they were absolutely amazing! Can only imagine what the rest of the menu tastes like and I can't wait to find out! Definitely the top pick for a taco in Yonkers! On top of all that, the staff is very friendly and the cooks obviously know what they are doing.
Pork belly shrimp tacos were my favorite! My husband loved his chicken salmon tacos. We actually got more after we had our 1st set! Not sure about the other options because I'm really a taco person, but im pretty sure they should be good based on what I had.Customer service was good it was pretty empty that Sunday time of day. Clean establishment clean bathroom.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The flavors of the food completely blew me away. I appreciate the fact that we can place our order inside and choose to sit either indoors or outdoors, with the staff bringing our food directly to our table. I am definitely planning to return in the future.
Came here for the first time with my wife. The place is small, but it has a cool vibe once your in the restaurant. And the music is part of the reason why. The food we ordered was delish. I added mild sauce to my burrito for some flavor. I would definitely recommend this place.
Got to the end of my burrito to bit into a piece of hard plastic. Be weary of ordering here. Manger refunded me for my purchase and showed the head chef the photo. Thank God I didn’t suffer from any internal damage or tongue laceration
I had vegetarian burrito bowl with sour cream and cheese. It tastes too good and quantity is also large. The only issue was it took 30 min for us get our take away order otherwise all good. The staff were very polite and helpful.

I love taco project, only not this place. from any strange reason the bronxville location tasts is better prepared. the Bronxville location brings love to their food, this place tastes like straight business.
Today I went in for brunch and had a great time. Herandy was super charismatic and helped me decide which drink would best compliment my meal. I will be coming back again soon!Food: 5/5
