The Taco Project - Reserva de mesa

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and after hearing positive reviews from people in the area, I decided to stop in for lunch. I ordered the chicken burrito and was impressed by the quick service - my meal was ready in less than three minutes! The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere. While the chicken burrito was a bit smaller than those at Chipotle, it was packed with flavorful seasoning. I also tried the watermelon beverage, which was refreshing and perfect for the hot weather. I will definitely be returning for lunch in the future.

Delicious brunch! We had chicken nachos, breakfast burritos, the green goddess salad with shrimp, a blue corn waffle with blueberries and carne asada. Everything was delicious and the service from Marshall was wonderful! Surprisingly quick given the line when we walked in! Will definitely come here again.

update- they have changed their recipe and they are no longer so great. they no longer look like this picture and they do not come with guacamole. very sad. the veggie tacos with the hard shell taco were quite amazing. I'd get her back in a definitiv. updated by previous review on 2022-05-09

This restaurant is fantastic for a meal, with wonderful music playing. The atmosphere is top-notch! The food is even more impressive, and my personal favorite is the steak burrito!

I love her veggie burrito dishes. they need to ask to make them vegan and remove the milk - what they do happy. delicious, fresh, fun to eat.
