We were staying at the caravan park next door and decided to pop in for a few drinks in the early evening... but ended up staying longer! The venue was fantastic with hardworking and incredibly friendly staff. Special thanks to Michael and the entire team who were working that evening. They were all very efficient and worked seamlessly together. Despite the busy atmosphere, service was quick and impressive. The food was beautifully presented, delicious, and served hot. I would highly recommend this restaurant to both visitors and locals in the area. While some Beefeater restaurants may have lost their touch, this one certainly has not. Thank you.
I haven't been to this restaurant in a while. When I asked for tea, I had to also ask for a fork to eat. The waiter gave me attitude when I mentioned that my food was getting cold. The fish was grey, the mushy peas were dry, and there weren't many chips. I had to wait more than fifteen minutes for my brownie and ice cream, and had to remind the staff multiple times to finally get it. When it arrived, the brownie was the worst I've ever had and I couldn't even finish it. Overall, the service was poor, the food was disappointing, and I will never go back again.
We arrived to find the restaurant almost empty whereas it used to be packed, greeted by the lovely Natalie. Menu not as good as it used to be. Meal was disappointing and the sirloin steak was tasteless. When I commented on the steak not having the flaming grilled taste, the waitress said the grill had probably been cleaned.. mmmm . Overpriced for 2 prawns and overcooked calamari bits with the steak. Beefeater no longer do the unlimited chips which is a shame. No I loyalty card either. There are better places to eat and it’ll be our last visit for a while.
The food and service here are absolutely phenomenal. The staff made me feel like family, I stayed away in the Premier inn next door for a week and was throughly thrilled with the options of food available. But what really made it for me was the service All the staff here went the extra mile for me But the two girls doing breakfast (Bev Emily) are top notch. Those two girls made me feel like I had found a little home away from home. Would recommend

Wow, where do I even begin? Bev, our amazing hostess, was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It's clear that she is passionate about her job. A huge thank you for the fantastic service and delicious breakfast. Jim, Hazel, and Leanne.
Stayed once more here for two weeks on buisness and food and service was excellent. Bev was a fine hostess for breakfast as was Ronnie for the evening meal. All the staff in the restaurant and the Premier Inn are very helpful.
Brilliant customer service , Friendly staff and really good food at a more than fair price . Staff make you feel at home especially Bev . Definitely would recommend and will be going again .

The food is fabulous and the staff is fabulous. I can't wait for it to open again. It's always a favorite with my family and we never have to wait too long for our food.
Great food and great host and service from bev was very comfortable and a great selection of breakfast would recomend to people
