Have been to restaurant 5 times previously all excellent service. Meet and shown to table with cutlery .drinks order taken food order taken delivered and extras . C ame T oday. Oh find empty table .no waitress order at bar .await delivery start er food 22 mins then took empty plates back to bar for main courses 46 mins later food delivered no cutlery no sources 12 mins in a queue at bar to ask where cutlery is .on table next to till help yourself food cold by then 46 mins after mains finished with all plates stacked up que again at bar to ask for deserts Ate them finished drinks and left 29 minswith main courses and desert plates still on table
Lovely environment , and the food is even better .. everyone needs a bit of beefeater cob salad in their life .. you think the foods good ? You know what’s even better than that .. the service .. I was served by a lovely little lad Charlie and lovely lad called Martin .. I would go again without a doubt .. every restaurant needs a Charlie and Martin big up the talpore
The food was absolutely amazing as well as the service.. Chris was so polite, friendly easy to talk to all the staff greeted us nicely all of them topped it off with a smile.. we have not received excellent service like this in a long time we would recommend The Talpore to everyone, again thank you for the great hospitality food. P.S we will definitely be coming back.
Dogs are now welcome. The whole bar/eating area stinks of dogs. The carpets were filthy and are absolutely covered in dog hair. The whole place needs a deep clean and dogs should not be welcome in a place that serves so much food. Dogs were constantly barking and I would not eat here again.

Fantastic staff, food and drink...nothing bad to say. But one member of staff has special skills...Katie...managed to ask how my meal was while my mouth was empty....no mumbled answer with food flying across the room Well done Katie....and thank you...great service.
We went for breakfast today it was amazing food was lush and the staff where amazing bev greeted us made us all feel welcome she couldn't be more helpful with us such a lovely lady and Emily too thanks girls would definitely come back again
Stayed at the premier inn next door all week whilst on a course in Stockton. The staff were all very friendly and Bev in-particular took very good care of me at breakfast each morning, always willing to have a friendly chat!
Food was really good and piping hot, quick service and Charlie's customer service was excellent. He was polite, funny and engaging. Had a pint of Madri which was spot on also.

I had steak tonight here for my meal which was very disappointing glad my husbands steak was good though, very hit and miss with food here
Lovely cozy place and dog friendly for after a long walk to grab some food and rest
