5 stars for the bar! I ordered the Esme yesterday and it was perfectly crafted. It was refreshing and very well made. I had the fall off ribeye, and that was also perfectly medium, juicy, and I used a fork to cut it because that’s how tender it was. I’ll definitely be back.
