The Tavern On The Bay

We had a very tasty lunchtime meal at the Tavern on the Bay a few days after Christmas. It was my first visit. Couldn’t fault the food or service at all. All three courses were excellent. Everything was first class. Sophie and Alexandra were extremely attentive and efficient. I certainly hope to visit again soon, when next in the area. What a fantastic restaurant! Stunning location with sea views, by a beautiful sandy beach for a stroll after lunch. Food was outstanding quality, wonderful flavours. And the team were all so lovely, very attentive and helpful throughout thank you for the best meal of the holiday!

Visited today between Christmas and new year for lunch, we all had a lovely meal and were well looked after as usual by Sophie and the team, thank you, Merry Christmas and Happy new year xx

We went for a meal as a group of 5 friends on Friday evening had a lovely meal. We were very lucky to have Emma serving us. She was so friendly attentive. Looking forward to the next visit.

Lovely venue. Good position overlooking the sea. Varied menu well presented and tasty food. Service excellent. Thank you Sophie and Alexander.
