Temperance House - Reservar una mesa

The Temperance house did a wonderful job hosting the repast following my father’s funeral. The atmosphere was welcoming and charming. Kathy was an absolutely amazing host. She and her staff took great care of everyone in attendance. The food was excellent, and everything was made in house. (I highly recommend the vodka penne. I can’t thank her and everyone at the Temp enough for making a very difficult day that much easier. The Temperance House is at the top of my list for any gatherings like that in the future.

As advertised, the facility was built in 1770. As such, everything is of that time period, but in good condition. The issues we had were, the noise from partying rang out loudly until about 2:00 a.m., ridiculously loudly! The room is primarily set up for a single individual. Very difficult to get in and out of bed for a second person.Rooms: Very small, cozy; however, terrible acoustics, not handicap friendly. Don't stay here if you are in need of rest.Walkability: Very quaint downtown area.

This place is TRASH. We are tourists and our hotel recommended this place as fine dining. What a joke.The kids pasta was undercooked and not seasoned with barely any sauce. The calamari was rubber.30.00 for chicken parm that was awful just took one bite We barely touched our food but didn 't send anything back we should have .Avoid this place at all cost. I didn 't take a pic of all the food but should have.

We had dinner tonight it was great! It was our anniversary felt like the only people there because our server, who was also the bartender, was fantastic! She was super friendly even decorated our dessert for our 3 years, together!!! Food, from start to finish, was delish!!! We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you so much!

Overpriced, undervalued! Food and drinks were atrocious. Friends and I literally had a great time laughing at the embarrassing quality of it all. Will literally lol every time I drive by.
