The Tennessee Truffle

We were looking for something special for Valentine's Day meal, and we sure did find it at the Tennessee Truffle in Sanford. I loved that a lot of the dishes incorporated nuts like walnuts and pistachio. Each dish was so creative. Chilled Dill Cucumber Creme Fraiche Soup Cucumber and Sour Cream Grapefruit, Big Daddy's Radish, Parisian Cucumber, Lump Crab Roasted Big Daddy's Broccoli Rabe Broccoli and cheddar Bartlett Pears, Double Smoked Cheddar, Toasted Walnuts, Orange Blossom Honey Yankeetown, FL Oysters Warmed in a Ramp Butter and Dashi Broth. Dinner at Tennessee Truffle was delicious! The cook inspired menu is unique and often changes. I had the rock steak and it was tender, tasty and the flavors were well balanced. The cook combined cheese lures perfectly in my fine dinner and the aromas reporting. We finished the experience with a slice of corneal cake and buttermilk ice cream. It was the perfect end of a fantastic dinner.

My friend and I went here after we ran in a 10K in the morning so we were starving lol The staff was very friendly! And the food was amazing! I would say though if you order the crispy bacon be prepared for it to be very crispy! It was like rock hard lol but they replaced it for me and it was perfect then! Oh and the mimosas were spot on!

Tennessee Truffle is a must go! Chef Nat is outstanding. He creates beautiful and delicious dishes that feel both comforting and elegant all at once. He assisted with preparing a unique menu for a surprise Birthday celebration and opened up the restaurant just for us the food and atmosphere were wonderful! Thank you so much!

Loved our first dinner here! Everything was amazing and delicious, especially clam appetizer. For breakfast I?ve always gotten biscuit and gravy which is spectacular even if you?re not a fan of that dish:
