If I could give this place 0 stars I would.My sister booked a table for 5 people at 18:00 through Instagram for my Nephews birthday. And we arrived at 17:58. On the day of the booking at 15:00 my sister got a text and email confirming her booking is going ahead. But when we arrived we were told by the bouncer that all bookings had been “cancelled.” Even though their was a poster on the door saying “only taking bookings of 6 etc” On top of that the establishment never sent this as written confirmation. And they had two sets of people who had a booking of 2 and 3. And they were told “it was fine.” So which one is it? Are all bookings cancelled or just ours?? Then the staff were making up all k...
I've visited this restaurant several times, and I must say it keeps getting better. The service is excellent as always, the food remains delicious, and the quality of the shisha has improved from good to outstanding. Overall, there's a refreshing new vibe here. While this isn't typically the kind of place I would choose, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic, featuring a strong North Indian flavor. The atmosphere caters to a younger, trendier crowd but is still quite inviting, and the service was exceptional. We experienced a slight issue with our shisha, but the attentive staff quickly addressed the problem. I had a wonderful time and am already looking forward to my next visit...
Update: I've been away several times and I have to say this place will be better and better. Service is great as always, food is still delicious and the Shisha quality has gone from good to perfect. All in all, a new curtain was created. ot usually the type of place I would go but I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious with a very pronounced North Indian taste. the ambience was for younger, more trendy crowd, but still very nice and the service was amazing. We had a little trouble with our Shisha route, but the staff was attentive and looked around and fix the problem in no time. Definitely had a great time and was looking forward to our next visit
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! Avoid it at all costs. I made a reservation a couple of weeks ago for my birthday, but when I arrived, I was told that all bookings had been canceled without any prior notification to me. They informed us that we might not even get a table and made us wait outside for 45 minutes. The same thing happened to another group of girls who also had birthday reservations. The security staff at the entrance is incredibly rude and selectively enforces rules. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY—go somewhere else. Their online booking system is unreliable. We reserved a table for a Saturday evening, received a confirmation and a reminder on the day, but when we arrived, the bouncer and manager informed us that the restaurant was fully booked and that they wouldn't honor our reservation, despite having a live booking system on their website. The management was rather dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
