Delicious cuisine with a menu that covers just about everything Thai. The service is a bit slow if your dining in, the takeaway orders appear to take priority and that was confirmed by the waitress who told us takeaway was busy tonite. We observed people coming in ordering paying receiving their food and leaving whilst we just sat around and waited. When the food did arrive it was delicious and the lack of service when dining in should not stop you from ordering take out, its fast and efficient. The duck that we ate was tender and tasty, I had the Red Curry and my wife the salad. The entree was Sate, it was delicious but the accompanying peanut sauce was somewhat bland. Prices are reasonable...
We were tired, we were dirty from travel and we wanted Thai...We found this little restaurant on the way to our hotel and glad we did. They were setting up for dinner and surprise the kitchen was open. A good choice on the menu and we wanted something simple and both had Pad See Ew Gai or stir fry flat noodles with Chicken and bok choy. There was plenty of it, it was tasty, had all the ingredients of good Thai, little salty, little sweet but at our request no chilies though I would assume more would be available at a sit down. The ambience looked good with most of the dining area on a covered terrace hence the name. We would certainly go back if and when we are on the Gold Coast again
What a fantastic Restaurant!! We looked over the beautiful Broadwater with the million dollar boats and the lights shimmering in the water. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. What topped it off for us was the delectable food!! We have been eating out for years all over the world and this food was the best Thai we have ever tasted! It was reasonably priced and also BYO. What more could you want? Shh!! Don't tell anyone! We still want to come here and be able to get a table when we visit!
We've been here a few times and have always enjoyed the food and received good service. A bit noisy but with 3 tables of 6 people, 3 of 4, and 3 of couples it was nearly a full house at the time. Which goes to speak volumes of the food. The two dishes we had with plain rice were generous and delicious. Prices are where you expect them to be - very reasonable, the cheapest fruity duck curry we've come across.One point to note (or not) is that there is no pork on the menu.

We have ordered from Terrace Thai for well over a year now - and never once have they disappointed with their quality, flavor, and value for money of their food. They are always happy to accommodate where they can often able to make certain dishes Gluten Free on request. I am sensitive to a lot of food and often feel sick after takeaway- but with Terrace Thai - their food sits really well and we thoroughly enjoy it every time.
Staying in Sea World with a hire car, enjoy adventuring out and trying new places. The food here is awesome, located in a small group of shops so 'ambience' is lacking but food is some of the best Thai we've had and we have been everywhere!Staff were friendly and service was quick. No alcohol but BYO is fine, there is a BWS next door :) Will be back for some more Masaman Beef!!
This is our local Thai where we walk to and eat at regularly. Consistently good food and service. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Curries are devine and their back strap lamb on a sizzle plate is amazing. Egg fried rice is also sinfully good - even on its own.
To think we live in runaway bay and have not Been to this little gem Tom yum soup was a culinary delight and iced coffee was super We spend a lot of time in Thailand and this is authentic! 5 star.

Lovely food, vegetables served on side rather then cooked through so good for those that love their vegetables fresh. Good flavours, pleasant service, efficient.
